3 ways to make a wonderful fit-pancake

If you’ve always thought that eating healthy and balanced food is too hard for you, you couldn’t have been more wrong!

Here you can find 3 different ways for a balanced breakfast or snack that you can even prepare the night before, so that you’re not in a rush in the morning

1) Coconut-kiwi pancake

Ingredients:
  • 20 grams of coconut flour
  • 20 grams of teff flour
  • 20 grams of buckwheat flour
  • 10 grams of coconut water powder
  • 80 grams of greek yogurt
  • 150 ml of egg whites
  • 1 kiwi (1/2 smashed + 1/2 sliced)
  • water (to adjust the consistency)
  • baking soda + apple vinegar
  • chia seeds
  • almond butter (to fill the pancake once ready)

2) Berries pancake

Ingredients:
  • 30 grams of rice flour
  • 10 grams of coconut flour
  • 90 grams of egg whites
  • 50 grams of strawberries
  • 50 grams of blueberries
  • 50 grams of raspberries
  • 50 grams of coconut soy yogurt
  • 10 grams of bitter cocoa powder
  • 8 grams of vanilla yeast

3) Pumpkin pancake

INGREDIENTS:
  • 40 grams of wheat flour
  • 10 grams of chestnut flour
  • 20 grams of rice flour
  • 90 grams of cooked pumpkin
  • 70 grams of egg whites
  • 6 grams of minced almonds
  • 1 gram of baking soda
  • 2 tsps of apple vinegar
  • vanilla flavour

Preparation

For all of these recipes the preparation is really easy!

After mixing all the ingredients of your choice, add yeast or baking soda and the apple vinegar and mix again very well.

Cook covered in a pot for 15 minutes on low heat, then cook on the other side for 5 minutes.

Let it cool down then make the topping and the filling as you prefer!
