Originally, chocolate chip cookies were first made in USA and quickly they became the favourites of many people. You can keep them in your bag as a snack, you can enjoy them home, while relaxing or with friends at a picnic. Even though we are talking about cookies, they can still be healthy. This recipe is easy to make and it’s perfect for the ones with gluten intolerance.
Ingredients

1 medium banana

200g peanut butter

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. baking soda

60 g sugar

1/4 tsp. salt
- 200 g semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 150°C . Mash banana in a large mixing bowl. Add peanut butter, egg, vanilla, baking soda, sugar and salt, stirring to combine. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop heaping spoonfuls of dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until cookies are lightly golden.
