Quick and healthy – banana pancakes

Wakin’ up too early, maybe we could sleep in? I’ll make you banana pancakes, pretend like it’s the weekend now…

Jack Johnson knew it all along, banana pancakes are the best and they ‘ll make an ordinary Monday feel like a perfect lazy Sunday. They’re super easy to make and they’re also healthy (what more would you want?!). Whether you’re in a hurry before work or you just feel like eating something healthy that doesn’t taste like boring healthy food – you’ll never want anything else than these banana pancakes.

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 egg
  • Baking flour
  • Salt
  • Milk
  • Olive oil

Optional:

  • Chocolate syrup
  • Maple syrup
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Sugar
  • Any other topping J

Preparation

Peel the banana and cut it in big chunks in a bowl. Use a fork to mash the banana until there’s no more big pieces left. Add a little bit of flour, milk and a pinch of salt. Mix with the egg and stir.

Heat a pan with some olive oil. Then drop a little of the batter in the pan. Don’t make the pancakes too big (it will be very hard to flip‘em then)!

Turn the pancakes after about a minute and let the other side bake until they’re a pretty golden-brown colour.

Serve on a nice plate with whichever toppings you want and done!

ENJOY
