Oatmeal and Banana Pancakes can really be your new favorite for breakfast. It give a new and healthy twist to your usual pancake and syrup and you get to combine two great things breakfast essentials together which are: oatmeal and pancakes. It will surely be a delicious and healthy breakfast that would start your day right!

Recipe of Oatmeal and Banana Pancakes:

Ingredients:

• 45 g of ground oats
• 1 banana
• 1 egg
• 1 cup of skim milk
• Blueberries
• 2 strawberries
• Blackberries
• 1 ounce of 70% dark chocolate

Procedures:

• Put the oats in a bowl and add the egg, the chopped banana and a cup of skimmed milk.
• Set the skillet should on hot on low heat.
• With a ladle, pour the mixture into the pan (little by little), once in the pan we will have to wait for the bubbles to start to form in the pancake to turn it over.
• Once the pancakes are made, decorate it to taste (you may add dark chocolate on top)
