Black Forest Donuts will always be such a great way to enjoy some donuts and level it up by making it almost one of your favorite cakes like Black Forest. It has such a different taste and a wonderful balance of sweetness that will linger in your mouth right after having a taste of this wonderful dessert. You better share this to others and let them enjoy the goodness in these donuts. This recipe is good for at least 11 small pieces of donuts to be made.

Recipe of Black Forest Donuts:

Ingredients:

• 70 g whole oatmeal
• 50 g almond flour
• 25 g pure cocoa powder
• 2 eggs
• 1 greek yogurt
• 30 g melted butter
• 50 g erythritol
• 10 g yeast
• 70 ml skimmed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 165 g homemade cherry jam
• 170-180 g dark chocolate 85% sweetness
• 85 g mascarpone cheese
• 85 g light spread cheese
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp agave syrup
• 11 cherries

Procedures:

• In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, erythritol, cocoa and yeast
• In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, yogurt, milk, butter and vanilla
• Add the dry ingredients little by little to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
• Preheat the oven to 180º
• Grease our mold and add our mixture without filling it completely to avoid spillage
• Bake for 15 minutes. Then let it cool completely before removing from the mold
• Melt the chocolate for 30 sec. in the microwave.
• Fill each donut with the jam, then add the melted chocolate on top and refrigerate for 10 minutes in the fridge.
• Mix the ingredients for the cream cheese, add them to a pastry bag and decorate your donuts
• Cut a cherry in half, remove the pit and top each donut with each cherry divided in two.
