Recipe of Apricot Clafoutis
Ingredients
- 550g apricots
- 60g butter
- 4 eggs
- 125g sugar
- 100g flour
- 25cl milk
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Melt the butter over low heat.
- Crack the eggs and beat them with the salt.
- Add the sugar and stir.
- Gradually add the melted butter and milk while stirring.
- Butter the mould and preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the kernels.
- Place the apricots in the mould.
- Pour the dough.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
