Recipe of Apricot Clafoutis

Ingredients

  • 550g apricots
  • 60g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 125g sugar
  • 100g flour
  • 25cl milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  • Melt the butter over low heat.
  • Crack the eggs and beat them with the salt.
  • Add the sugar and stir.
  • Gradually add the melted butter and milk while stirring.
  • Butter the mould and preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the kernels.
  • Place the apricots in the mould.
  • Pour the dough.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
