Recipe of Apricot Jam
Ingredients
- 1kg apricots
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 700g sugar
- 10cl lemon juice
- 1 glass of water
Preparation
- Wash and cut the apricots in half.
- Remove the kernels.
- In a saucepan, pour the apricots, sugar, lemon juice and water.
- Cover and let macerate for 5 hours.
- Heat the pot over medium heat until it boils.
- Chop the rosemary.
- Add the rosemary into the pot.
- Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
