Recipe of Apricots Compote

Ingredients

  • 500g of apricots
  • 150g of sugar
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • water

Preparation

  • Wash and cut the apricots in half.
  • Remove the apricot kernels.
  • Wash the mint.
  • In a saucepan, pour the sugar, apricots and water.
  • Cook over low heat for 15 minutes while stirring.
  • Remove the water if there is too much.
  • Add the mint leaves.
  • Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
  • Let it cool down for 2 hours.
  • Remove the mint.
