
Recipe of Apricots Compote
Ingredients
- 500g of apricots
- 150g of sugar
- 1 bunch of mint
- water
Preparation
- Wash and cut the apricots in half.
- Remove the apricot kernels.
- Wash the mint.
- In a saucepan, pour the sugar, apricots and water.
- Cook over low heat for 15 minutes while stirring.
- Remove the water if there is too much.
- Add the mint leaves.
- Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
- Let it cool down for 2 hours.
- Remove the mint.
