Recipe of Tartar Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk.
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped onion.
  • 250g of beef.
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped capers.
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley.
  • Few drops of tabasco.
  • 1 teaspoon of ketchup.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard.
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation

  • Cut the meat with a knife or blend it.
  • In a bowl, combine the egg yolk, mustard, onion, capers, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, tabasco, salt and pepper together.
  • Add olive oil and stir with a whisk.
  • Add the meat and parsley to the sauce and stir everything together to have a homogeneous paste.
  • Serve or refrigerate for later.
