Recipe of Salmon Tagliatelles

Ingredients

  • 500g of tagliatelles.
  • 35cl of fresh cream.
  • 1 salmon fillet.
  • 10g of butter.
  • grated parmesan.
  • ground nutmeg.
  • Pepper and salt.

Preparation

  • Boil some water in a saucepan.
  • Cook the pasta in the pan with a little salt.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the cream.
  • cut the salmon into cubes.
  • Add the salmon in the pan with the cream.
  • When the salmon is cooked, add the salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Drain the pastas and pour them into the pan of salmon.
  • Servez on a plate and cover with parmesan.
