Quiche lorraine is a typical dish very popular in France.

- 200g / 7 oz of shortcrust pastry
- 200g / 7 oz of bacon
- 30g / 1 oz of butter
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl / 7 fl oz of milk
- 20 cl / 7 fl oz of liquid creme
- salt
- pepper
- grated Emmental cheese
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / 375°F.
Roll out the dough in a mould and prick the bottom with a fork.
Fry the bacon in a pan. In the same time, beat the eggs, milk and liquid creme. Then, add the bacon to the preparation.
Pour the dough into the mould and sprinkle with the Emmental cheese. Finally, put the mould into the oven for 45min.
