It contains less fat and more protein since it bases on milk (yogurts are made of milk) and not on cream. Additionally, frozen yogurt usually has its own sour taste what means it is free from additional sugar substitutes.

Frozen yogurt Recipe
Time: at least 2 hours
Serving: 3 persons
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of sugar or 3 tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup of plain or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Preparation
Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until it smooth (around 2-3 minutes).
Place the mixture to a bowl and put into the freezer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with your favourite topping.
