Recipe of Cheese Ravioli
Ingredients
- 300g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100g grated parmesan cheese
- 300g fresh goat cheese
- 1 bunch of chives
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Mash the goat cheese with a fork.
- Add the parmesan cheese, 1 egg and the chopped chives. Stir.
- Put in the fridge.
- In a bowl, mix 3 eggs with the flour and a pinch of salt until the dough is smooth.
- Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Cut the dough in 3 and roll out lengthwise.
- Cut the dough pieces in half in the middle.
- Place small piles of stuffing on half of the dough, spacing them evenly.
- Cover with the other half.
- Weld the edges with a little water.
- Cut the ravioli.
- Boil some water.
- Cook the ravioli for 2 to 3 minutes in water.
