Recipe of Pea Soup

Ingredients

  • 750g peas
  • 1l chicken broth
  • 25g butter
  • 2 shallots
  • 10cl of fresh cream
  • Mint leaf
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Peel the shallots and chop them.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the shallots.
  • Add the broth and boil it.
  • Add the peas.
  • Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Add the chopped mint and stir.
  • Add the cream and stir.
  • Put in the refrigerator.
