Recipe of Pea Soup
Ingredients
- 750g peas
- 1l chicken broth
- 25g butter
- 2 shallots
- 10cl of fresh cream
- Mint leaf
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Peel the shallots and chop them.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the shallots.
- Add the broth and boil it.
- Add the peas.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Add the chopped mint and stir.
- Add the cream and stir.
- Put in the refrigerator.
