Beef Meatballs has always been a classic and easy to cook meal for you and your family. It always create such a great balance of sweet, sour and saltiness that would make you want more of this dish. It goes perfectly with your rice or even bread. This could really be a perfect dinner meal or even for your lunch. Easy to cook and very delicious!

Recipe of Beef Meatballs:

Ingredients:

• Beef meatballs
• Homemade tomato sauce
• Onion
• Leek
• Celery
• Red pepper
• Garlic
• Crushed natural tomato in a can
• Preserved tomato
• Salt
• Ground pepper
• Paprika
• Saffron
• Red wine
• Oil
• Thyme
• Bay leaf
• Mix of mushrooms
• Vegetable stew
• Broth

Procedures:

• In a saucepan, mix all the vegetables (cut small) saute in oil, add salt, ground pepper, bay leaf and thyme.
• When it turns browns, add the crushed tomatoes and a little preserved tomato, stir well and add the paprika, saffron and a splash of red wine, let the alcohol evaporate and stir well
• Add the broth and add a little bit of water, leave over a very low heat for 45 minutes or more, taste and spice it up if necessary (add a teaspoon of sugar to remove a little acidity from the tomato )
• While waiting for the sauce, fry the meatballs in oil and reserve in a low saucepan.
• Put the mix of mushrooms in a small saucepan with water, add salt and leave it until al dente, do the same with the vegetable stew.
• When the sauce is ready, add it to the meatballs and the mix and the vegetables, leave on the heat for a couple of minutes and remove.
