Scallops are a particularly popular product at the end of the year for the holidays. Often served with cream, they go very well with leeks.

Ingredients

  • 24 scallops
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Heat the butter and oil in a pan.
  • Once the pan is hot, place the scallops.
  • Cook the scallops 1 minute per side.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Serve.
