- 24 scallops
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan.
- Once the pan is hot, place the scallops.
- Cook the scallops 1 minute per side.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Serve.
