Recipe of Panna Cotta with Berries
Ingredients
- 450g of berries.
- 100g of heavy cream.
- 400g of coconut milk.
- 50g of sugar.
- 4 gelatin sheets.
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
- 1 lemon.
Preparation
- Put the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Heat the coconut milk and cream in a saucepan.
- Add the sugar and mix.
- Remove from the heat.
- Put the gelatin sheets and whisk.
- Pour the mixture in the glasses.
- Refrigerate for 5 hours.
- Squeeze the lemon.
- Combine the lemon, fruit and vanilla sugar. Blend them.
- Pour the mixture into the glasses.
