Recipe of Kiwi Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- 2 gelatin sheets.
- 20g of powdered sugar.
- 20cl of milk.
- 4 kiwis.
- 20cl of fresh cream.
Preparation
- Put the gelatine sheets in cold water.
- Boil the milk with the cream and sugar while stirring.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Put the gelatine sheets in the saucepan.
- Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the glasses.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Peel the kiwis.
- Cut the kiwis into pieces and put them on the panna cotta.
