Recipe of Kiwi Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 2 gelatin sheets.
  • 20g of powdered sugar.
  • 20cl of milk.
  • 4 kiwis.
  • 20cl of fresh cream.

Preparation

  • Put the gelatine sheets in cold water.
  • Boil the milk with the cream and sugar while stirring.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  • Put the gelatine sheets in the saucepan.
  • Stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into the glasses.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • Peel the kiwis.
  • Cut the kiwis into pieces and put them on the panna cotta.
