Recipe of Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 150g of dark chocolate.
• 60cl of milk.
• 8cl of fresh cream.
• Whipped cream.
• 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder.

Preparation

• In a saucepan, pour the milk and cream.
• Make it boil.
• Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
• Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the chocolate.
• Whisk until the chocolate is melted.
• Pour the chocolate into the cups.
• Put the whipped cream on the chocolate.
• Sprinkle with cocoa.
