Recipe of Grape Compote

Ingredients

  • 25cl of water.
  • 250g of sugar.
  • 1kg of grapes.

Preparation

  • Boil the water and melt the sugar, stirring continuously.
  • Remove the seeds from the grapes.
  • Once the sugar has melted add the grapes into the saucepan.
  • Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
  • Let cool.
