
Recipe of Grape Compote
Ingredients
- 25cl of water.
- 250g of sugar.
- 1kg of grapes.
Preparation
- Boil the water and melt the sugar, stirring continuously.
- Remove the seeds from the grapes.
- Once the sugar has melted add the grapes into the saucepan.
- Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
- Let cool.
