Apple and Banana Crumble
Ingredients
- 2 bananas.
- 4 apples.
- 100g of powdered sugar.
- 1 teaspoon ot cinnamon.
- 1 lemon.
- 150g of butter.
- 150g of flour.
- 150g of brown sugar.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- Peel, remove the seeds and cut the apples into quarters.
- Cook the apples in a saucepan with a little butter for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- After 5 minutes, add the powdered sugar and cinnamon.
- Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
- Squeeze a lemon.
- Butter your mould.
- In a bowl, combine 100g of butter, flour and brown sugar until the mixture is “sandy”.
- Pour the apples and bananas into the mould with the lemon syrup.
- Add the dough on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
