Apple and Banana Crumble

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas.
  • 4 apples.
  • 100g of powdered sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon ot cinnamon.
  • 1 lemon.
  • 150g of butter.
  • 150g of flour.
  • 150g of brown sugar.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  • Peel, remove the seeds and cut the apples into quarters.
  • Cook the apples in a saucepan with a little butter for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  • After 5 minutes, add the powdered sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
  • Squeeze a lemon.
  • Butter your mould.
  • In a bowl, combine 100g of butter, flour and brown sugar until the mixture is “sandy”.
  • Pour the apples and bananas into the mould with the lemon syrup.
  • Add the dough on top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
