Wrap salmon avocado

Renewal in your kitchen with salmon and avocado, ingredients very trendy. This simple and customizable recipe is perfect to impress and treat your friends for a dinner or an aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • Garlic & fine herbs cheese

Seasoning

  • ½ lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

STEP 1
Peel and cut into slices the avocado. Add lemon on it.

STEP 2
Spread the tortillas with garlic & fine herbs cheese.

STEP 3
Place in the center of each tortilla a slice of smoked salmon and baste them with lemon juice. Add the salad, salt and pepper.

STEP 4
Roll the wrap tightly then serve it fresh.

Tip: You can replace the garlic & fine herbs cheese with cream cheese like Philadelphia.
