Tortilla

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs.
  • 3 large potatoes.
  • Olive oil.
  • 1 onion.
  • Salt.

Preparation

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl, adding the salt.
  • Cut the onion into strips.
  • Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into squares.
  • Heat some oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, cook the potatoes over low heat and brown them over medium heat.
  • Add the onions and brown them.
  • Pour the beaten eggs in the pan.
  • Turn the omelet on the other side and cook it.
