Ingredients
- 4 eggs.
- 3 large potatoes.
- Olive oil.
- 1 onion.
- Salt.
Preparation
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, adding the salt.
- Cut the onion into strips.
- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into squares.
- Heat some oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, cook the potatoes over low heat and brown them over medium heat.
- Add the onions and brown them.
- Pour the beaten eggs in the pan.
- Turn the omelet on the other side and cook it.
