Recipe of Spanish Artichoke Hearts

Ingrédients

  • 200g of artichoke hearts.
  • 20cl of liquid cream.
  • 3 slices of Bayonne ham.
  • 4 cloves of garlic.
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, lightly brown the artichoke hearts with a little oil.
  • Chop the garlic and put them in the saucepan.
  • Add the liquid cream, salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Cut the slices of ham and add them with the artichokes.
  • Mix and serve.
