Recipe of Spanish Artichoke Hearts
Ingrédients
- 200g of artichoke hearts.
- 20cl of liquid cream.
- 3 slices of Bayonne ham.
- 4 cloves of garlic.
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation
- In a saucepan, lightly brown the artichoke hearts with a little oil.
- Chop the garlic and put them in the saucepan.
- Add the liquid cream, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cut the slices of ham and add them with the artichokes.
- Mix and serve.
