Ingredients
- 500g of pasta.
- 200g of bacon.
- 1 garlic clove.
- 200g of artichoke hearts.
- Olive oil.
- Salt and pepper.
- Thyme.
- 100g of tomato pulp.
- 1/2 chopped onion.
Preparation
- Boil the water for the pasta and cook it.
- Brown the bacon in a pan.
- Add the artichoke, tomato, thyme, garlic and onion.
- Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the artichokes.
- Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
