Recipe of Panna Cotta with Rose

Ingredients

  • 9 gelatin sheets.
  • 30cl of water.
  • 125g of sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons of rose water.
  • 2 drops of red food colouring.
  • 1 vanilla pod.
  • 50cl of fresh cream.

Preparation

  • Put 3 gelatin sheets in cold water.
  • In a saucepan, put 75g of sugar, the vanilla and the cream. Make it boil.
  • Remove from the heat and put the gelatin sheets in the saucepan.
  • Stir with a whisk and pour into the glasses.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Place the remaining gelatin sheets in cold water.
  • In a saucepan, put the remaining sugar and water.
  • Boil, stirring continuously.
  • Remove from the heat and put the gelatin sheets in the saucepan with the rose water and food colouring.
  • Stir well.
  • Pour into the glasses.
  • Put in the fridge.
