Recipe of Mint Chocolate Verrines

Ingredients

  • 1 bar of dark chocolate.
  • 60g of sugar.
  • 500g of fresh cream.
  • 1 bunch of mint.
  • 12 dry cookies.
  • 3 gelatin sheets.
  • 100g of chocolate chips.

Preparation

  • In each verrine, crumble two cookies.
  • Melt 1 chocolate bar in a double boiler.
  • Pour the chocolate into the verrines and put them in the fridge.
  • Put the gelatin sheets in cold water.
  • In a saucepan, put the cream, mint and sugar.
  • Heat over low heat until it boils.
  • Boil for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the gelatin sheets into the cream with a whisk.
  • Let cool.
  • Pour the chocolate chips into the saucepan and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into the verrines and refrigerate for 2 hours.
