Recipe of Chocolate Fondant

Ingredients

  • 100g of sugar.
  • 50g of flour.
  • 90g of chocolate.
  • 95g of butter.
  • 3 eggs.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Melt the butter, whisking lightly.
  • Add the sugar, eggs and flour.
  • Stir well.
  • Pour the preparation into the moulds.
  • Bake for 6 minutes.
