Recipe of Chocolate Fondant
Ingredients
- 100g of sugar.
- 50g of flour.
- 90g of chocolate.
- 95g of butter.
- 3 eggs.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Melt the butter, whisking lightly.
- Add the sugar, eggs and flour.
- Stir well.
- Pour the preparation into the moulds.
- Bake for 6 minutes.
