Recipe of Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1,5kg of blackberries.
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
  • 300g of flour.
  • 1 egg.
  • 80g of melted butter.
  • 12cl of milk.
  • 5ml of vinegar.
  • 160g of powdered sugar.
  • Salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • In a bowl, gently mix the blackberries with 80g of sugar, a tablespoon of flour, a pinch of salt and the lemon.
  • Pour the mixture into the dish.
  • In a second bowl, combine the flour, 80g of sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  • Beat the egg with the milk, vinegar, butter and vanilla.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the flour mixture. Mix well with a spatula.
  • Place the dough over the blackberries by putting pieces with a spoon.
  • Put in the oven for 45 minutes.
