Recipe of Blackberry Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1,5kg of blackberries.
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
- 300g of flour.
- 1 egg.
- 80g of melted butter.
- 12cl of milk.
- 5ml of vinegar.
- 160g of powdered sugar.
- Salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- In a bowl, gently mix the blackberries with 80g of sugar, a tablespoon of flour, a pinch of salt and the lemon.
- Pour the mixture into the dish.
- In a second bowl, combine the flour, 80g of sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- Beat the egg with the milk, vinegar, butter and vanilla.
- Pour the milk mixture over the flour mixture. Mix well with a spatula.
- Place the dough over the blackberries by putting pieces with a spoon.
- Put in the oven for 45 minutes.
