Recipe of Carrot Soup
Ingredients
- 6 carrots.
- 1 leek.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 1 onion.
- 20cl of liquid cream.
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 1 chicken broth cube.
- 1.5l of water.
- 1/2 bunch of parsley.
- 1 tablespoon of cumin.
Preparation
- Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices.
- Cut the leek and onion and mash the garlic.
- In a saucepan, pour the oil and cook the carrots, leek, onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Boil the water and add the broth cube to it.
- Pour the water over the vegetables.
- Cook for 1h15 over medium heat. Add water if necessary.
- Blend the vegetables.
- Add the cream and blend.
- Chop the parsley.
- Add the parsley and cumin.
- Stir.
