Recipe of Carrot Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 carrots.
  • 1 leek.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 1 onion.
  • 20cl of liquid cream.
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 1 chicken broth cube.
  • 1.5l of water.
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley.
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin.

Preparation

  • Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices.
  • Cut the leek and onion and mash the garlic.
  • In a saucepan, pour the oil and cook the carrots, leek, onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
  • Boil the water and add the broth cube to it.
  • Pour the water over the vegetables.
  • Cook for 1h15 over medium heat. Add water if necessary.
  • Blend the vegetables.
  • Add the cream and blend.
  • Chop the parsley.
  • Add the parsley and cumin.
  • Stir.
