Recipe of Carrot Croquettes
- 10 carrots
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- Peel the carrots and grate them.
- Cut the pepper bell into small cubes.
- In a pan, pour a drizzle of oil and cook the carrots, bell pepper and garlic for 10 minutes on low heat.
- In a salad bowl, pour the vegetables.
- Add the eggs, chopped parsley and flour. Stir.
- Prepare the fryer.
- Make small balls of the mixture and fry them.
