
Recipe of Camembert Sun Pie
Ingredients
- 1 camembert
- 125g of applesauce
- 50g of hazelnuts
- 2 puff pastry
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Unroll the 2 puff pastry and make a camembert-sized hole in the center.
- Spread the applesauce and chestnut on one puff pastry.
- Cover with the second.
- Cut the pastry in strips starting from the edge inward but stop before reaching the center.
- Twist the pastry strips.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Place the camembert in the center and bake for 10 minutes.
