Recipe of Camembert Sun Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 camembert
  • 125g of applesauce
  • 50g of hazelnuts
  • 2 puff pastry

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • Unroll the 2 puff pastry and make a camembert-sized hole in the center.
  • Spread the applesauce and chestnut on one puff pastry.
  • Cover with the second.
  • Cut the pastry in strips starting from the edge inward but stop before reaching the center.
  • Twist the pastry strips.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Place the camembert in the center and bake for 10 minutes.
