Recipe of Peach Syrup

Ingredients

  • 500ml of water
  • 200g of sugar
  • 1kg of peach

Preparation

  • Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces.
  • Heat the water with the sugar, stirring continuously until the sugar is melted.
  • Cook the peaches in the syrup for 20 minutes over low heat.
  • Put in the fridge.
