Recipe of Pesto Sun Pie
Ingredients
- 2 puff pastry.
- 4 tablespoons of pesto.
- 75g of pine nuts.
- 1 egg yolk.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Spread the pesto on one of the puff pastry.
- Place the pine nuts.
- Places the second puff pastry on the first one and seal the edges with water.
- Cut the pastry into strips going from the edges inward, leaving a 5cm untouched space.
- Twist the pastry strips and brush them with the egg yolk.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
