Recipe of Banana muffins
Ingredients
- 150g of flour.
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- 1 teaspoon of yeast.
- 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate.
- 75g of white sugar.
- 3 bananas.
- 1 egg.
- 70g of melted butter.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Peel and mash the bananas.
- Add sugar and egg and mix, then the melted butter and mix.
- Put the flour, bicarbonate and yeast.
- Stir gently.
- Put the dough in the moulds.
- Bake and cook for 20 minutes.
