Recipe of Tuna Rillettes

Ingredients

  • 300g of tuna
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
  • Paprika, salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Drain the tuna and mash it with a fork.
  • Add the yogurt and stir.
  • Add the fresh cream and stir.
  • Then, add the mustard and stir.
  • Add the lemon juice and stir.
  • Add the basil, salt and pepper and stir.
  • Put in the refrigerator.
  • Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
