Recipe of Tuna Rillettes
Ingredients
- 300g of tuna
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- Paprika, salt and pepper
Preparation
- Drain the tuna and mash it with a fork.
- Add the yogurt and stir.
- Add the fresh cream and stir.
- Then, add the mustard and stir.
- Add the lemon juice and stir.
- Add the basil, salt and pepper and stir.
- Put in the refrigerator.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
