- 8 artichokes bottoms
- 2 goat cheese
- Cumin
Preparation
- Place the artichoke bottoms on a dish.
- Cut the goat cheese into 4 strips.
- Place a piece of goat cheese in each artichoke bottoms.
- Add a pinch of cumin on each cheese.
- Put in the oven for 5 minutes in grill mode.
