Recipe of French Pain Perdu
Ingredients
- 1 baguette of stale bread.
- 2 eggs.
- 50g of powdered sugar.
- 50cl of milk.
- 20g of butter.
- 10g of icing sugar
Preparation
- Mix the eggs, sugar and milk.
- Cut the bread into slices.
- Soak the slices in the milk for a few seconds.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter.
- Cook the slices for 3 to 4 minutes per side over low heat.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar.
