Recipe of Frog Legs

Frogs’ Legs are a typical French dish. Originally cooked in a pan, here we will brown them in the frying pan. You can accompany them at your convenience with a small creamed spinach purée or simply with french fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of frogs’ legs.
  • 1 egg.
  • Milk.
  • Flour.
  • Breadcrumbs.
  • Oil.

Preparation

  • Thaw frogs’ legs in milk for 3 hours.
  • Drain the legs.
  • beat the egg.
  • Dust them with flour, then deep them in the egg and dust them with the breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the frog’s legs in a deep fryer at 150°C until golden brown.
