Recipe of Frog Legs
Frogs’ Legs are a typical French dish. Originally cooked in a pan, here we will brown them in the frying pan. You can accompany them at your convenience with a small creamed spinach purée or simply with french fries.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of frogs’ legs.
- 1 egg.
- Milk.
- Flour.
- Breadcrumbs.
- Oil.
Preparation
- Thaw frogs’ legs in milk for 3 hours.
- Drain the legs.
- beat the egg.
- Dust them with flour, then deep them in the egg and dust them with the breadcrumbs.
- Fry the frog’s legs in a deep fryer at 150°C until golden brown.
