Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 chicken breasts sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 yellow pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder/paprika
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1.2 Liters (5 cups) milk
- 400g (4 cups) penne Pasta
- 100g (1 cup) parmesan cheese shredded
Preparation
In a pot on the stove, heat the oil.
Add chicken and wait until it is cooked then remove the chicken
Add the sliced peppers and onion and wait until cooked
Put the chicken back to the pot. Put salt, pepper, chili powder/paprika, cumin, and garlic powder and stir all together
Add the milk and boiled pasta
Stir constantly until the milk becomes thickened
Add the cheese and mix
