A BBQ meatballs recipe only requiring 3 ingredients! This recipe requires a slow cooker and only 5 minutes of preparation, perfect for appetizers or a simple meal.
Ingredients
(for 50 servings)
- 900 grams / 32 ounce Meatballs
- 500 grams / 18 ounce grape jelly
- 500 grams / 18 ounce BBQ Sauce
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the grape jelly and the BBQ sauce. Add the meatballs and stir until they are evenly coated in the sauce.
Put them in a slow cooker and cook on high heat for 2-3 hours.
You can enjoy as an appetizer or over rice.
Tip: If you want to halve this recipe, use 25 meatballs and 1 cup of grape jelly, 1 cup of BBQ sauce. You can also use another type of jelly flavour.
