Snow Peas with Iberian Ham and Scallops

Snow Peas with Iberian Ham and Scallops is a very healthy that you can cook at your home. Just grab some ingredients on your nearest grocery store and you can surely enjoy this dish for you and for your family. This gives a great combination for your the delicious and flavorful Iberian Ham partner with snow peas that gives some crunch to your meal. The recipe we have here is good for at least 2 people, you can double it up to serve to your family or just have it for you and your partner or loved ones.

Recipe of Snow Peas with Iberian Ham and Scallops:

Ingedients:

  • 300 g of snow peas
  • 6 scallops
  • 100 g of Iberian ham shavings
  • 1 shallot
  • Half a glass of white wine
  • 2 garlic
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sesame

Procedure:

  • Wash and remove the string from the snow peas just like what you do with green beans.
  • Put it in boiling water for two minutes and then put it in ice water. Drain and reserve.
  • In a frying pan, with 2 tablespoons of oil, cook the scallops and reserve for a while.
  • Add ham fat to the pan (this is optional)
  • Chop the garlic and shallots and cook until golden brown.
  • Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
  • Add the ham shavings and mix very well.
  • Now put the snow peas, and sauté for two minutes. Add the salt and pepper according to your taste.
  • Add the scallops and leave it all for 1 minute.
  • Serve by adding a little sesame on top.
