Oatmeal Cake levels up your usual way of eating oatmeal. Oatmeal has been a go-to meal in the morning before going to school or work. It is also a healthy way to have your breakfast. With this recipe we get to create an innovative manner of consuming oatmeal. Who knows that we can turn oatmeal into a cake? In just a very easy way we can have a different kind of breakfast and0 a different serving of oatmeal to share for everyone in the family or community!

Recipe for Oatmeal Cake:

Ingredients:

  • 250 g whole oat flakes (crushed or whole)
  • 500 ml. vegetable drink (preferably almond)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Yeast (1t)
  • Cinnamon (1t)
  • Two bananas (mashed)
  • Chia seeds (1Tb)
  • Chocolate chips
  • Tablespoon of sweetener (maple, agave, coconut sugar or honey)

Procedures:

  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Put in your molds greased with coconut oil
  • Bake for 25 – 30 minutes at 180°
