Recipe of Pear Cake
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of orange blossom water.
- 10cl of milk.
- 150g of powdered sugar.
- 1 sachet of baking powder.
- 250g of flour.
- 1 egg.
- 75g of butter.
- 3 pears.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
- Mix the sugar with the butter, baking powder and milk.
- Separate the egg white and yolk.
- Pour the egg yolk and flour into the mixture and knead the dough.
- Add the orange blossom water.
- Mix until well combined.
- Peel and dice the pears.
- Add the pears to the mixture.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Gently pour in the whites while stirring continuously.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Bake for another 40 minutes at 160 ° C.
