Gyozas are Chinese dumplings filled with stuffing. Their composition is very variable according to tastes: you can add or remove certain spices and change the meats (pork, beef, chicken, etc. ).
Ingredients
- 32 gyoza doughs.
- 300g of minced pork.
- 1/4 Chinese cabbage.
- 20g of ginger.
- 2 clovers of garlic.
- 1cl of soy sauce.
- 3cl of sesame oil.
- 1/2 bunch of chives.
Preparation
- Place the meat, garlic and ginger in a blender. Add the sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix until the preparation is smooth.
- Wash the cabbage and cut it into small pieces.
- Cook the cabbage in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
- Add the cabbage to the mixture and mix again.
- Place a bit of stuffing in the center of the gyoza doughs.
- Fold the dough in half and humidify the edges to stick them together.
- In a pan, pour a drizzle of oil and brown the gyozas for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add water to half-submerge the gyozas.
- Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes
