Gyozas are Chinese dumplings filled with stuffing. Their composition is very variable according to tastes: you can add or remove certain spices and change the meats (pork, beef, chicken, etc. ).

Ingredients

  • 32 gyoza doughs.
  • 300g of minced pork.
  • 1/4 Chinese cabbage.
  • 20g of ginger.
  • 2 clovers of garlic.
  • 1cl of soy sauce.
  • 3cl of sesame oil.
  • 1/2 bunch of chives.

Preparation

  • Place the meat, garlic and ginger in a blender. Add the sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix until the preparation is smooth.
  • Wash the cabbage and cut it into small pieces.
  • Cook the cabbage in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
  • Add the cabbage to the mixture and mix again.
  • Place a bit of stuffing in the center of the gyoza doughs.
  • Fold the dough in half and humidify the edges to stick them together.
  • In a pan, pour a drizzle of oil and brown the gyozas for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add water to half-submerge the gyozas.
  • Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes
