Irish coffee is a drink that is said to have been invented during WWII in Ireland. A pub owner would have had the idea of mixing coffee and whiskey to warm up and energise people doing transatlantic travels.

Ingredients

• 4cl of Irish Whiskey.
• 1 cup of coffee.
• 2 teaspoons of sugar.
• Whipped cream.

Preparation

• Pour hot water into your glass.
• In a saucepan, heat the whiskey with the sugar. Don’t boil the whiskey.
• Empty the glass of water and pour the whiskey.
• Pour the coffee into the glass.
• Add the whipped cream on top of the glass.
