Recipe of Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 1 cauliflower
- 75cl of water
- 1 chicken broth cube
- 50g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- Oregano
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cut the cauliflower to keep only the florets.
- Place the cauliflower in a saucepan with potatoes, broth cube, water and oregano.
- Cook it all.
- Blend everything with the butter and cream.
- Add salt and pepper.
