Recipe of Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of ham.

  • 50cl of milk.
  • 1 cauliflower.
  • 1 reblochon.
  • 80g of butter.
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation

  • Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces.
  • Steam the cauliflower for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.
  • Butter your dish.
  • In a saucepan, melt 40g of butter over low heat.
  • In the saucepan, add the flour, milk, salt and pepper.
  • Cook everything, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick.
  • Remove the rind from the ham and cut the reblochon into strips.
  • Place the ham and cauliflower in the dish.
  • Pour the sauce over it.
