Recipe of Cauliflower Gratin
Ingredients
- 8 slices of ham.
- 1 tablespoon of flour.
- 50cl of milk.
- 1 cauliflower.
- 1 reblochon.
- 80g of butter.
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces.
- Steam the cauliflower for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.
- Butter your dish.
- In a saucepan, melt 40g of butter over low heat.
- In the saucepan, add the flour, milk, salt and pepper.
- Cook everything, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick.
- Remove the rind from the ham and cut the reblochon into strips.
- Place the ham and cauliflower in the dish.
- Pour the sauce over it.
- Add the reblochon strips and the rest of the butter in small pieces.
- Cook for about 25 minutes.
