Recipe of Baked Hake with Potatoes and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

• 400 g of clean hake in fillet
• 4 small or 2 medium potatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 glass of white wine
• 1 glass of water or stock
• Homemade tomato sauce
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Paprika
• Parsley

Procedures:

• To start, peel and wash the potatoes.
• Place the potatoes on a baking tray with the julienned onion, sliced ​​garlic, wine, the water or stock, salt, black pepper and bake at 180° for about 20 minutes.
• Prick the potatoes to make sure they are ready and cooked well.
• Place the salted hake on top of the potato and bake at 180° for another 6 minutes.
• Cover with the hot tomato sauce and garnish with chopped parsley and paprika.
