Recipe of Mashed Red Kuri Squash

Ingredients

  • 100ml of condensed milk or cream
  • 1 red kuri squash
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Peel the squash, remove the seeds and cut it into pieces of about 3cm.
  • In a saucepan, add the oil, garlic and squash.
  • Cover the saucepan and cook on a very low heat.
  • Melt the pieces of squash and stir from time to time.
  • Add the milk (or cream) and stir.
