Recipe of Mashed Red Kuri Squash
Ingredients
- 100ml of condensed milk or cream
- 1 red kuri squash
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Peel the squash, remove the seeds and cut it into pieces of about 3cm.
- In a saucepan, add the oil, garlic and squash.
- Cover the saucepan and cook on a very low heat.
- Melt the pieces of squash and stir from time to time.
- Add the milk (or cream) and stir.
